As you may already be aware, Louisiana Wholesale Drug Co is in the process of upgrading its CSOS program to a new, better offering that will be available in the near future.

To ensure that your first experience with this system is pleasant and trouble-free, we request that you run a quick test using your DEA signing certificate and your email address.

Please make sure that the browser you use to open the below website is Internet Explorer (there should be a blue “e” icon on the top left corner.) Please run the following two tests:

1. Customer Email Test:
Click on “E-Mail Test”.

Enter your email address. This email should be the email address at which you receive CSOS order confirmations.

You will receive a confirmation email from support@legisym.com. (Legisym is the name of the company who manages our new CSOS offering.) Make sure you received it, and it is not caught in your SPAM filter.

2. CSOS Certificate Test:

Click on “Digital Certificate Test”. Enter “your DEA #” and click on submit. A list of signing certificates should appear.

Click on your DEA CSOS signing certificate from the list and click “OK”.

Important: Make sure it is your latest signing certificate.

If you don’t see your certificate, it might be installed on another computer.

Follow the on-screen instructions. You will be prompted to a simple install of “Digital Signature Plugin” which is necessary to use your certificate with Express222.

After installing the plug-in, go back to the beginning of this step and run the test again.
